EAST AFRICA IN COMBINATION
Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport is East Africa’s major flight hub. Not only will you fly into and out of Nairobi on your tour but it’s also the gateway to Zanzibar and Tanzania as well as Uganda, Rwanda and the Seychelles.
And thanks to Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International, it’s easy to connect with South Africa too. We can help you plan an itinerary that gives you the best of Kenya plus anything from the Kruger and Okavango Delta to Victoria Falls and Cape Town.

If timing your Kenya safari means missing the migration in the Masai Mara, then head south. Tanzania’s fabled Serengeti lies across the border and is home to the migration’s most exciting events – the birthing months and perilous river crossings. Close by lie Tanzania’s other top safari destinations including the Ngorongoro Crater, famous for delivering Africa’s most reliable Big 5 viewing, and it’s easy to fly to dazzling Zanzibar Island for an unbeatable safari finale.

Combine your Kenya safari with gorilla trekking for an epic travel itinerary. Uganda and Rwanda both offer guided gorilla treks in pristine rainforest – fly into Kigali or Kampala and then either travel overland or share a charter flight there. You’ll stay in comfortable jungle lodges and look for birds and forest wildlife too. And if you add on Uganda, you’ll have the chance to see the country’s safari side – head for Queen Elizabeth, Kibale Forest and Murchison Falls National Parks for big game, birds and chimp-tracking adventures.

South Africa has something for everyone. There’s whale watching and shark-cage diving; private Big 5 safaris – malaria-free if you want – and gorgeous beaches and scenery. It’s also home to Africa’s favourite city – Cape Town, complete with Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront and Boulders Beach penguin colony. Whether you save South Africa’s treats for after your Kenya tour or enjoy them before, it’s easy to combine these two countries by air – you can even work a visit to Victoria Falls into your itinerary.
