A Zimbabwe safari usually takes in the country’s three most popular destinations – Victoria Falls, Hwange National Park, and Mana Pools National Park. The first two are only a couple of hour’s drive from each other but we’d recommend flying into Mana Pools and Zimbabwe’s other safari destinations.

Victoria Falls delivers the thrills and spills of a Zimbabwe safari: you can enjoy white-water rafting, bungee jumping or go walking with lions. There’s also elephant-back game viewing at Victoria Falls but it’s at Hwange and Mana Pools that you’ll have the best wildlife sightings; the former park is home to some of Africa’s biggest elephant numbers as well as big cats and wild dogs; the latter is famous for its canoe safaris and boating trips, bringing the wildlife of the Zambezi River to you while in the care of expert guides.
