Membership means we are legally registered, annually audited, appropriately insured, and bonded – your pre-tour deposits are guaranteed in terms of the SATSA terms & conditions.
With Safari Online as your travel partner, you can relax about paying online when paying South African Rand. We’ll bill you in the currency we are invoiced in (usually US dollars or South African rand) and our 3-D secure payment system ensures your credit card transactions are super-safe. You’ll personally authenticate your transaction before payment. When payments need to be made in U$ we require a bank transfer to be made into our U$ bank account here in South Africa. We then in turn make U$ payments to our suppliers.
We also stand by the quality of our tours and safaris, guaranteeing that your safari will meet your expectations. If not, we’ll gladly give you a credit toward a future trip! (This does not apply to unreasonable expectations that do not match the information that we have supplied.)
